Machine Feature

This machine is mainly used for drilling and tapping steel plate metal work piece which in buildings, bridges, towers and other steel structure industry, and also can process baffle plate and circular flange in boiler and petrochemical industry. It can drill through-hole, blind-hole, ladder hole, hole-end chamfering and milling, tapping,etc. 

Machine Structure

1) The machine tool is mainly composed of bed, worktable, gantry, power head, CNC system, cooling system, etc.

(2)Gantry CNC drilling machine adopts the form of fixed bed worktable and gantry moving.

(3)The bed, column, worktable and gantry are HT250 cast structural parts, and the bracket is welded parts of rectangular pipe. Before processing, it is annealed at high temperature, and then it is annealed twice after semi finish machining to remove the stress, and then finish machining, which can ensure the stability of machine tool precision. The whole cast iron worktable is used to finish milling T-groove on the bed surface, and the CNC precision grinding of the table surface is ensured.

(4)The gantry CNC drilling machine has three CNC axes. The machine body is equipped with heavy linear guide rail. The gantry can move longitudinally along the guide rail (x axis). The crossbeam of the gantry is also equipped with linear guide rail. The slide plate can move horizontally along the guide rail (Y axis). The slide plate is equipped with a slide. The power head can move vertically on the slide board (Z axis). The X, y and Z axes are all CNC Servo motor and ball screw drive.

(5)The spindle of the power head adopts the precision spindle and is driven by the servo spindle motor, which can be adjusted steplessly according to the needs. The spindle can be clamped with bit tap or milling cutter through BT40 chuck, and equipped with pneumatic punching cylinder to realize one key tool change, higher precision and high-speed cutting.

(6)The machine tool adopts water cooling, equipped with coolant supply, recovery, circulation system, and automatic oil lubrication system to ensure the smooth and long-term effective work of linear guide and ball screw.

(7)The control system KND CNC system, the electric drive adopts high precision absolute value series servo motor drive, equipped with RS232 interface and color display screen, Chinese operation interface, field / external USB input workpiece, easy operation, equipped with full digital high-speed handwheel, make your operation more convenient and fast.

Quality Inspection

Each machine of Bosman is calibrated with a laser interferometer from the United Kingdom RENISHAW company, which accurately inspects and compensates for pitch errors, backlash, positioning accuracy, and repeated positioning accuracy to ensure the machine's dynamic, static stability, and processing accuracy. . Machine tool use environment

1.1 Equipment environmental requirements

Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is an essential factor for precision machining.

(1) Available ambient temperature is -10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃. When the ambient temperature is 20 ℃, the humidity should be 40 ~ 75%.

(2) In order to keep the static accuracy of the machine tool within the specified range, the optimal ambient temperature is required to be 15 ° C to 25 ° C with a temperature difference

It should not exceed ± 2 ℃ / 24h.

1.2 Power supply voltage: 3-phase, 380V, voltage fluctuation within ± 10%, power supply frequency: 50HZ.

1.3 If the voltage in the use area is unstable, the machine tool should be equipped with a regulated power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.

1.4. The machine tool should have reliable grounding: the grounding wire is copper wire, the wire diameter should not be less than 10mm², and the grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms.

1.5 In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air of the air source fails to meet the requirements of the air source, a set of air source purification devices (dehumidification, degreasing, filtering) should be added before the machine's air intake.

1.6. The equipment should be kept away from direct sunlight, vibration and heat sources, and away from high-frequency generators, electric welding machines, etc., so as to avoid machine production failure or loss of machine accuracy.
