The SK6Z series milling and drilling compound machine tool is an automatic machine tool integrating deep hole drilling and milling functions.

1.The control system adopts FANUC OI-MF CNC system, with stable and reliable performance, convenient operation and programming.

2.The six coordinate axes and spindle motors are all FANUC servo motors with good motor characteristics and good low-speed performance.

3.The moving parts adopt high-precision, ball screws and roller linear guides to achieve high-precision positioning in the movement of the machine tool.

4.The cooling system of this machine adopts a remote control device, which can adjust different flow and pressure according to the size of the hole, the difference of the material, the chipping situation, and the accuracy requirements, so as to achieve the optimal cooling effect.

5.The accuracy of the machine tool is tested by using a laser interferometer produced by Renishaw in the United Kingdom for dynamic inspection, and dynamic compensation is carried out according to the inspection results, so as to ensure the positioning and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
