1.It is suitable for the valve inlet test, sealing test and upper sealing test of flange connection;
2.Using the method of pressing claws to hold the flange for compression, there is no external force influence on the test valve, and it fully meets the requirements of GB/T 13927-2008, API 598 and other valve testing standards;
3.It can be turned over 90° for valve test (two-end reversing type is optional), which is convenient for air seal testing;
4.The test medium is water, gas or kerosene, which can be selected by the customer;
5.This machine is equipped with low-pressure water and high-pressure water pumps, pressure supply system, water and kerosene and other test media for recycling;
6.Customers can choose an intelligent management system for test data.
7.Customers can choose electric hoist cranes.
8.Customers can choose hydraulic air cooling system.
9.Customers can choose hydraulic automatic unloading system. When in use, the high-pressure state and the unloading state are automatically switched, which effectively reduces the oil temperature, prolongs the service life of the equipment, and saves energy and reduces consumption;

11.The submersible type is optional when the customer needs to perform the pneumatic shell test on the tested valve. The submersible valve test bench is composed of an operating console and a clamping pressure test device. The clamping pressure test device can be submerged in the water as a whole. The rise and fall are controlled by hydraulic pressure, which is convenient for the detection of pneumatic shell.
