Features
The HP series machine tools are designed and developed specifically for the heavy-duty cutting needs of industries such as machinery manufacturing, mold making, and die blank manufacturing. They possess superior cutting capabilities and are widely applicable to precision and semi-precision machining in the mold and machinery manufacturing fields. These machine tools integrate multiple machining modes, including milling, drilling, boring, and tapping, effectively reducing manufacturing costs and significantly improving production efficiency.
It adopts upright T-shaped moving column structure and large span design to provide better cutting ability.
The overall base structure, reasonable reinforcement optimization improve the rigidity and earthquake resistance of the overall structure.
The standard configuration of the turntable is an indexing workbench positioned by a curvic coupling (1°x360), which has high positioning accuracy and a long period of accuracy maintenance.
Adopt strict inspection specifications to verify the accuracy of each machine.
All the main parts are made of Meehanite castings, and have undergone stress relief and aging treatment to ensure the stability of the machine precision.
