SPINDLE

● Short spindle

The short spindle remains stationary, ensuring high concentricity and rotational precision.

● Centering spindle

NN30 heavy-duty bearing: The thrust ball bearing can bear a maximum load of 8 tons.

● Heavy-duty cutting

The machine tool's load capacity and precision are enhanced, achieving a torque-based heavy-duty cutting capability.

 

SLIDING RAM

● Forged alloy steel guide ways

The sliding ram is forged from high-strength alloy steel imported from Germany. After precision grinding, the guide way surface is treated with ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding. It uses an extra-large square cross-section, increasing rigidity by over 30% compared to cast-iron sliding rams.

 

DEEP HOLE MACHINING

● High rigidity

The highly rigid square sliding ram is more suitable for deep-hole machining. The minimum diameter for deep-hole machining is 350 mm.

 

TOOL MAGAZINE

● High reliability

It comes standard with a 12-spindle and optionally with a 16-spindle BT50 highly reliable automatic tool magazine. Tool changing is convenient, with a max. tool weight of 50KG and a max. tool magazine load of 560KG, meeting various machining needs.

 

C-AXIS HIGH-PRECISION INDEXING

● High Reliability

Equipped with high-precision servo motors, which are paired with high-precision Taiwanese gears. With grating feedback and dual-gear backlash elimination, it offers highly accurate indexing. The positioning accuracy of the C-axis can reach 5 arcseconds. It can continuously machine multi-side and cam profiles, perfectly integrating lathes and machining centers.

 

COLUMN

● Material

The column is made of high-grade Meehanite cast iron, and undergoes secondary annealing to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring long-term precision.

● High-stiffness column seated on the base, with high connection rigidity, eliminating the influence of the foundation on the column.

Wide guide way spacing, with a wide spacing between the two guide ways of the column and an internal triangular rib design, minimizing deformation during heavy cutting.

 

CROSSBEAM

● High-precision crossbeam can move up and down freely. After adjustment, it's automatically clamped by four hydraulic cylinders with strong clamping force, ensuring machining precision.

 

BALL SCREW

● High-reliability standard guide way and screw pair with imported roller guides. Featuring high load capacity and precision, it has a high-speed, quiet-operation ball screw with perfect thermal suppression and high-reliability functions.

 

TOOL POST

High positioning accuracy. Using BT50 tool holder with strong clamping force, Taiwan-made dog-bone plate positioning, and central coolant supply ensures high-torque cutting and tool cooling during machining.
