This machine tool is suitable for machining rotary parts with complex shapes. It can be used for turning and milling cylindrical surfaces, curved surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces, spirals, etc. This product is widely used for parts processing in automobile and bearing industries.

• Turret components: servo motor, end gear positioning, hydraulic locking, to ensure rigidity and precision.

• The bed structure is rigid, which minimizes the vibration during cutting and improves cutting stability.

• Spindle components: adopts heavy-load double-row roller bearings + angular contact bearings,  equipped with a high-power motor to increase metal removal rate and shorten processing time.

• Saddle parts: high-strength high-quality cast iron, and the major parts are rationally arranged with reinforcing ribs to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.

• With automatic door function: it can reduce the workload of operators, and when used in line, it can meet the requirements of automatic operation.

• The top is equipped with a large spray mechanism to reduce chip accumulation.

• Longitudinal drive components: pretensioned structure.
