Machine Features

The fixed beam gantry machining center is a series of mobile fixed beam gantry machining centers independently developed by CNC based on its own advantages and digestion and absorption of international advanced technology. It has multiple processing functions such as milling, boring, drilling (drilling, expanding, reaming), tapping, and countersinking. It is suitable for the needs of various machining fields such as automobiles, molds, aerospace, packaging, and hardware.
The Machine is fixed by the gantry frame, and the workbench has a movable structure. It is mainly composed of a workbench, a bed, a column, a beam, a saddle, a ram, a hydraulic system, a lubrication system, a cooling and filtering system, a chip removal device, a rotary operation panel, and an electric Control system and other components.
