Machine Features

1.Three-coordinate CNC linkage, fully automatic operation of drilling instructions.

2.There is no need to retract the tool during the processing of slender deep holes, and the drilling efficiency is up to 6 times higher than that of ordinary drilling machines.

3.Processing aperture range, gun drill: φ4-35mm, ejector drill, φ18-65mm (ejector drill is optional).

4.The processing depth can reach 25mm on one side, and the aspect ratio is ≥100.

5.It has ideal hole diameter accuracy, hole straightness, surface roughness and other drilling accuracy.
