②Calibration: Establish standards for multiple maintenance points one by one. For example, clearance, temperature, pressure, flow, tightness, etc., all need clear quantitative standards. Does not exceed the specified standards and is not a fault
③Regular: How long does the inspection take? Set an inspection cycle
④Determined items: which items to check at each maintenance point also need to be clearly defined.
⑤Determination of personnel: who will inspect the CNC lathe, whether it is an operator, a maintenance person or a technician. It should be implemented according to the inspection position and technical accuracy requirements.
⑥Regulations: There are also regulations for inspections. Is it manual observation or instrumental measurement. Or use ordinary instruments or precision instruments?
⑦Inspection: The environment and steps of inspection, whether it is inspection during production operation or shutdown inspection, etc.
⑧Record: check to do detailed records
⑨Treatment: the problems arising during the inspection should be dealt with and adjusted in time
⑩Analysis: Find out the weak “maintenance points” through the above. Put forward opinions on the points with high failure rate or the links with large losses. Submit to the designer for improvement design
