We received an enquiry from a customer not long ago. The customer said that he saw a CNC double-head lathe on our official website and was very interested in it, and shared the drawings with us. The drawing shows that the workpiece is the stator and generator cover of the trucks and the cars. The generator cover belongs to the bearing sleeve and short shaft parts, but both ends need to be processed and the processing content of the two ends is different.

In addition, we also learned that customers are currently very worried about the processing efficiency of their own factories, because the processes at the two ends of the workpiece are different, so customers must clamp twice to complete the processing of both ends. With the increase in output requirements, the current processing methods and efficiency can no longer meet customer requirements.
