How to carry out detailed maintenance of large machining center?

Large profile machining center is a CNC boring and milling machine that combines the functions of CNC milling machine, CNC boring machine and CNC drilling machine, and is equipped with a tool magazine and an automatic tool changer. The spindle axis (z-axis) of the profile machining center is vertical, which is suitable for processing cover parts and various molds; the spindle axis (z-axis) of the horizontal machining center is horizontal, and is generally equipped with a large-capacity chain tool magazine. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic indexing worktable or a double worktable to facilitate the loading and unloading of the workpiece. It is suitable for the automatic completion of multi-faceted and multi-process processing of the workpiece after one clamping. It is mainly used for the processing of box parts.

How to maintain the large profile machining center for a long time:

1. Disassemble the shaft anti-chip guard, clean the shaft oil pipe joint, ball lead screw, three-axis limit switch, and check whether it is normal. Check whether the effect of the hard rail wiper blades of each axis is good;

2. Check whether the servo motor and head of each axis are running normally and whether there is any abnormal sound;

3. Replace the oil of the hydraulic unit and the oil of the deceleration mechanism of the tool magazine;

4. Test the clearance of each axis, and adjust the compensation amount if necessary;

5. Clean the dust in the electric box (make sure the machine tool is turned off);

6.Comprehensively check whether all contacts, connectors, sockets and switches are normal;

7. Check whether all keys are sensitive and normal;

8. Check and adjust the mechanical level;

9. Clean the cutting water tank and replace the cutting fluid.
