Dual-Spindle Design Improves Yield and Productivity.

The dual-spindle design is the core advantage of this mill-turn machine. Both the main and sub-spindles are powerful direct-drive electric spindles. The main spindle boasts 19kW of power and a maximum speed of 4300rpm, while the sub-spindle is equipped with 19kW of power, enabling simultaneous front- and back-end machining of the workpiece. This design effectively shortens product processing cycles, eliminates the precision risks associated with traditional multiple manual clamping, and significantly improves production efficiency and product consistency.

In addition, the Φ52 sub-spindle can clamp and support slender workpieces, enabling high-precision machining of the mid-section. Slender workpieces can be smoothly ejected directly from the sub-spindle through-hole, significantly expanding the processing range and making it particularly suitable for complex, high-precision mass production.

 

Strong and Precise Machine Structure

The CNC machine tool utilizes an optimized 30-degree stepped flat rail design. The CNC machine body is integrally molded from high-strength HT300 cast iron, undergoing multiple tempering and natural aging processes.

Combined with advanced finite element analysis and optimization, this ensures exceptional mechanical rigidity and excellent thermal stability. The four-slide inclined saddle structure ensures uniform guide rail force distribution, reduces slide ball wear, and extends machine life. The 100mm Y-axis travel precisely supports eccentric milling and drilling processes. Equipped with a high-torque live tool turret (BMT65MY-12T) and a servo-driven C-axis, it ensures efficient machining of complex surfaces and composite parts.

 

Advanced FANUC CNC System for Worry-Free Intelligent Control

This machine is equipped with FANUC’s latest-generation CNC system, integrated with the iHMI intelligent human-machine interface (HMI), supporting numerous customizable features and expandable memory. The system features preventive maintenance capabilities for rapid troubleshooting, significantly reducing unplanned downtime. Efficient machining strategies combined with sophisticated surface treatment technologies ensure fast production and superior quality, meeting the high standards of modern industry.

 

High-Speed Spindle and Live Tool Holder

The direct-drive synchronous spindle equipped with a magnetic ring incremental encoder ensures machining accuracy and repeatability. The spindle’s integrated cooling system minimizes thermal deflection, keeping nose runout to within 0.002mm and achieving an exceptionally smooth surface finish (Ra 0.2μm) on hard-turned surfaces. The live tool holder utilizes a BMT interface that can withstand 70kg of high-pressure water, meeting the demands of heavy-duty machining.

 

Wide Range of Industry Applications

This CNC machine is suitable for applications in automotive, agricultural machinery, motors, hydraulic equipment, and bearings, efficiently processing cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous alloys. Its modular design supports multifunctional, integrated machining, accommodating both high-speed precision machining and mass production of complex workpieces.
